I take a different approach to both pricing and marketing. I don't believe that "one size fits all" for a marketing plan, nor do I believe that a computer program can effectively recommend a market value. Getting my clients the most money for their properties in today's real estate climate takes experience, knowledge, powerful marketing and old fashioned hard work.
